How long is shipping?

Please allow 5-7 days for orders to be shipped, due to our products being handmade please allow this time frame for the product to be shipped.

Can I meet you to pick up products or will you deliver to my home?

Pickup is available weekly on Saturday's from 11 am-12 pm. The location will be listed at checkout when you choose delivery method. If you do not come to pick up order between that timeframe,  an email will be sent with an invoice for your items to be shipped on the next business day.

Delivery is NOT available at this time. 

How are Refunds Handled?

There will be no refunds due to all items being handmade with love. Please be sure to review your order before placing.

All Other Information.

1. All ORDERS MUST BE PLACED THROUGH THE SITE, I will not be taking any orders directly.

2. During the hot months, these products may melt an ice pack will be placed in the box to avoid too much overheating.

3. NO REFUNDS

4. S&S Body Therapy is not responsible for lost, broken, or stolen packages. Ensure that when you are placing orders that you verify the address is correct. We will ship out to the address as it is entered on our site.

5. We will not make custom orders, all products are sold as described on the site.
